Meet Dyanna
I’ve always felt an attunement to others. Having a deep sensitivity and capacity, which i’ve come to understand is my super power.
From a young age, I studied psychology and sociology, deeply intrigued with human behavior. My path took me to also study Art and the healing arts. Art became a mirror, helping me understand identity, emotion, and authenticity.
When I discovered Somatic therapy, it was like it had always been there waiting for me. It brought together what I had long sensed, that healing happens not just with the mind, but through the body. Simply put, we can’t just talk, or rationalize our way through pain.
At the heart of my approach is humanness. Healing happens in connection, in a space built on trust, compassion, and realness.
This is a collaborative process, where we explore the root of your thoughts, emotions and behaviors together, at a pace that resonates with your body.
I believe in sharing practical, embodied tools that create meaningful change in everyday life. True healing is possible, and I trust in your innate capacity to heal, grow, and transform.
When we heal ourselves, that healing extends beyond us. It ripples outward, to our relationships, our communities, and the generations that follow.
I bring both professional training, and my own lived experience into this work. I know what it is to move through uncertainty, to meet yourself layer by layer, and to return to yourself again and again. 🖤
I remain committed to my own healing, learning and growth, because tending to my inner work is part of how I show up with integrity and care for others.
It is an honor to hold space for the gentle yet profound healing that is possible.
When I’m not nerding out on the nuance of the nervous systems, or diving into a rabbit hole on consciousness, I’m; painting, working in the garden, visiting with friends, doing yoga, dancing, hiking with my husband and dogs, writing poetry, resting while admiring a cloud, listening to music (Dominique Fils-Aimé is my current obsession) or putting together a beautiful meal.
