WAYS TO WORK WITH ME
Somatic
Somatic practice isn't about endlessly talking about your struggles or trying to think your way into change. It's about slowing down, going inward, and reconnecting with the wisdom already living within your body.
Together, we'll work with your nervous system to create more safety, regulation, and ease, so you can move beyond survival mode and reconnect with yourself.
We'll explore the patterns, emotions, beliefs, and protective responses that may be keeping you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain.
Imagine:
Feeling more grounded and less consumed by overthinking
Understanding your nervous system and what it’s communicating
Trusting yourself and your inner knowing
Setting boundaries that honor your needs
Feeling more connected to your body, your relationships, and your sense of purpose
Moving through life with greater clarity, ease, and aliveness
Somatic work is about creating the safety your body needs to heal and remembering who you are beneath the patterns that no longer serve you.

WAYS TO WORK WITH ME
Creative Coaching Rooted in Somatic Work
Art, creativity, and self-expression are fundamental to being human. I believe creative practice is not optional—it’s how we process experience, make meaning, and stay connected to ourselves.
And yet, so many artists and creatives find themselves disconnected from their work.
Perfectionism.
Self-doubt.
Burnout.
Pressure to produce.
A quiet loss of trust in your own voice.
Over time, these patterns don’t just affect your art, they affect your relationship to yourself.
You might feel:
blocked or uninspired
like you’re creating, but not expressing you
pulled toward your creative work, but unsure how to trust it
ready to begin, but held back by doubt or fear
like you were meant to create, but can’t quite access it
Creative coaching is a space to reconnect your inner world with your creative practice. We work with both the practical and the internal, because creative blocks are not just logistical, they are somatic, emotional, and relational.
Together, we work with:
creative blocks, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs
nervous system patterns that show up in your creative process (freeze, overwhelm, avoidance, perfectionism)
clarity of voice, direction, and expression
building a sustainable, supportive creative rhythm
creating structure that supports consistency without rigidity
moving from intention into embodied creative action
This work is grounded in somatic practice, because what interrupts creativity is often not a lack of ideas, it’s a lack of safety, trust, and connection within your system.
Creative coaching also addresses structures, art practices, and daily tools to make real change in your work. The nitty gritty on how to make it happen, and stick to it.
I’ve been a working artist for over two decades. My work spans painting, poetry, design, and textiles. I understand both the external demands of making a creative life work, and the internal experience of being a creator. The courage it takes to step into the role of artist.
This work is for artists, makers, musicians, and creatives who are ready to create the work they were born to create. I believe in you, and we need your voice.
If your body says YES! let’s book an introductory session.
