Meet Dyanna

I’ve always felt an attunement to others. Having a deep sensitivity and capacity, which i’ve come to understand is my super power.

From a young age, I studied psychology and sociology, deeply intrigued with human behavior. My path took me to also study Art and the healing arts. Art became a mirror, helping me understand identity, emotion, and authenticity, leading me to understand myself further, peeling back the layers in my own healing journey.

When I discovered Somatic therapy, it was like it had always been there waiting. It brought together what I had long sensed, that healing happens not just with the thinking brain, but through the body. Simply put, we can’t simply talk, or rationalize our way through our pain.

In Somatic therapy, the body is our starting point. Understanding the mind-body connection, and how our nervous systems responds and regulates is key. Embodying techniques, starting with awareness, visualization, breathwork, and movement. First, starting to understand how our body is communicating with us. To understand and release stored emotions, stories and regulate the nervous system, which leads to feeling safe and moving through the world with more ease.

As a certified Psychosomatic Practitioner, my work is both intuitive and grounded in embodied experience.

Each session is different, each session will meet you where you are in that moment. This work is about the mind-body connection, as our brains are our processing center. Talking through your experiences, and feeling within them.

At the heart of my approach is humanness. I believe healing happens in connection, in a space built on trust, compassion, and realness. This is a collaborative process, where we explore the root of your feelings, emotions and behaviors together, at a pace that resonates with your body.

I believe in sharing practical, embodied tools that create meaningful change in everyday life. True healing is possible, and I trust in your innate capacity to heal, grow, and transform.

When we heal ourselves, that healing extends beyond us. It ripples outward, to our relationships, our communities, and the generations that follow.

I bring both professional training and my own humanity into this work. I know what it is to move through uncertainty, to meet yourself layer by layer, and to return to yourself again and again.

I remain committed to my own healing and growth, because tending to my inner work is part of how I show up with integrity and care for others.

My intention is for this space to feel like a remembering.

A returning.

A homecoming to yourself.

It is an honor to hold space for those who are ready to explore the gentle yet profound healing that becomes possible when we slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with ourselves.

We are not our wounds, we are not our conditioning, we are a perfect reflection of the soul.

There is space for you here.

Together, we create space for healing, truth, and transformation.
