Meet Dyanna

I came to this work through the womb of my own healing. From a young age, I studied psychology and sociology. I followed my first passion towards art, working as a designer and artist for over 20 years. Art became a mirror, helping me understand identity, emotion, and authenticity.

My path led me into the healing arts through energy work, ritual facilitation and spiritual study. When I discovered Somatics, it was like it had always been there waiting. It brought together what I had long sensed, that healing happens not just through insight, or cognitive understanding, but through the body.

I’m a certified Psychosomatic Practitioner, my work is both intuitive and grounded. I’m deeply attuned to people and the spaces I hold, creating an environment that is gentle, honest, and responsive.

My work is rooted in both lived experience and deep curiosity about what it means to be human.

At the heart of my approach is the therapeutic relationship. I believe healing happens in connection, in a space built on trust, compassion, and realness. This is a collaborative process, where we explore your experience together, at a pace that resonates with your body.

I bring both training and my own humanity into this work. I know what it is to move through the unknown, to meet yourself layer by layer, and to return, again and again.

My intention is that this space feels like a remembering.
A returning.
A homecoming to yourself.

I am honored to hold space for this work, to hold space for those who are ready to embark on the gentle yet powerful Somatic work, and make space for more joy, love and aliveness.

We are not our wounds, we are not our conditioning, we are a perfect reflection of the soul.

There is space for you here.

Together, we create space for healing, truth, and transformation.
