Psychosomatic (Somatic) Practitioner
Somatic work is a form of body-centered therapy that focuses on the connection between mind and body. Focusing on healing through the nervous system, and mind-body connection.
Somatic work is profound, as it access the stored memories, emotions and life experiences in the body. Somatic work is used to bring awarenss and healing for those living with big Trauma, as well as those looking to change behaviors or address behaviors like anxiety.
Together, we explore patterns, learned behaviors, the nervous system, and your inner world. At a pace that is supportive, compassionate, curious and met with deep care and connection.
I see each person as a whole being. Our patterns arise from our lived experiences, our relationships, environments, and histories. But they do not define us, we are not our wounds, and we can move beyond their hold. Our nervous system, our body, our mind, is capable of great change and adaptation. As a student of this work, I have lived that beautiful change.
With discovery, awareness and support, new ways of relating emerge. New ways of relating to yourself, others and your life. New ways of embodiment in this sacred life.
I practice with lived experience in my own healing, countless hours of study and learning, my own embodied intuition, which is all grounded in deep listening and attunement.

Art, creativity, and self expression are the corner stones of what it is to be human. I believe Art is a necessary function of society, and a foundation of our culture.

Creative coaching focuses on both the inner and outer process of making art. The blocks, self limiting stories, and conditioning that makes being an artist harder than it needs to be. Together, we will:

I’ve been a working artist for two decades, with a daily practice across painting, poetry, design, and textiles. I understand both the creative process and the internal terrain that comes with being a creative.
